Default Rear trunk Lexus emblem
2013 must be the first year they stop putting the chrome LEXUS emblem on trunk left side ???

I think the cars look unbalanced without the emblem too.

You could always buy one and put it on...

Who would have thought that two years after this change was implemented it would be discovered on this sub-forum and stir up so much interest My thoughts, for what it's worth, is that all makers are now doing this. The Lexus name and the Lexus "L" logo are redundant. IMHO, it's just fine the way it is

Talk about redundant....
What about those who have the Lexus script on the bottom of a chrome license plate frame?
Some have that plate frame with and without the Lexus emblem.

Ebay has the oem chrome LEXUS emblems. If you want to add one.

Its not cost cutting, they leave the emblem on in other markets, its only deleted for the US market. They felt that the Lexus L was identification enough in the US.
