Thats the Michelin India website. If you go to the Michelin US site (www.michelinman.com) there is no mention of the Primacy LC tires. If you Google "Michelin Primacy LC" you get all foreign sites, so it appears as if thats a foreign product, not a US market product.

If you look at the fine print underneath the specs of those tires on the India site you find this:

1. MICHELIN Primacy LC compared to MICHELIN Energy MXV8, HONDA Civic 1.8 i-VTEC 2007 mode; Test Circuit: JARI/AIST/GKN; Test Date: 18-6-2008~4-7-2008; Air Pressure: 2.4/2.4 (bar)
So the comparison is to the Energy MXV8, which is a different tire than the US MXV4 line, certainly the Primacy MXV4. The Primacy MXV4 is an evolution of the Energy MXV4 Plus, which is an evolution of the Energy MXV4.
