Baffle sub-assembly, exhaust tail pipe
I love my Es300h….just not the rear end. Something was missing.
The tail pipe from the muffler look awkward….Then I noticed on the ES350 it has a Baffle Assembly on the end of the muffler which is not on the Es300h.
I took a chance that the Baffle Assembly from the ES350 would fit and it does. Now I like the finished look of it.

Yeah, looks awkward and like it doesn't belong to me...

I think it looks ok. It's a nice inexpensive mod that separates his ES from the rest.

It's just a styling preference for me, but if a car doesn't have dual exhaust tips, it looks better to keep the single tip as disguised as possible, similar to the RX.
