Small drop would get rid of the lifted look.

He's messing with you, they're eBay specials. I had those EXACT ones on my old school GS before we sold it.

Aren't those just stock rims? I've never been enamoured with my car that much to memorize the details of my rims, but those look just like my stock 17's.

I'll post some better pics when I can (weather here has been crap). But the wheel/tire package I ordered were 18x8", asked a few questions from the sales guy and everything seemed good. Turns out the wheels are +35mm offset. Close to the struts, but no rubbing. Not a huge problem besides the "sunk in" look. So after getting them on I put 20mm spacers on the back, which squared the wheels up closer to the fenders, and am putting 12mm up front (with new ARP studs) this weekend. Just put new Centric rotors and Akebono pads all the way around, and flushed all brake fluid with new.

2013 ES350 w / 38,300 miles

Coated black with machined face

Rear, dirty, new brakes done, 20mm spacer.

This coming Sunday I plan on finishing the fronts, also doing oil, trans, and coolant service. I'll post pics once I have everything done again for final appearance/stance etc.

Default Installed 275/65/18

I’ve got 359 miles on this GX and simply couldn’t stand the silly bicycle tires they put on mine. Removed the Bridgestone Dueler H/T 265/60/18. The difference now that I’ve installed Cooper Discover AT3 in 275/65/18 is night and day! SO happy with them.

Not sure if too many are still checking in here,.

the 18 inch stock rim is offset of 38. I'm looking at aftermarket w same specs except they have 42 offset.

tirecalculator says may be 4 mm closer to brake components.....

I shud be good......right???

Keep in mind that the higher the positive offset, the closer (tucked in) your wheels will be. Without knowing the exact style of the wheels you're looking at, 42mm will be close to your calipers. If the manufacturer offers the same wheel in something like a 35mm, it will sit away from the brakes farther and you may be more satisfied with the overall appearance.

But generally speaking, up to 45mm will clear your brake calipers... by a few millimeters.
