Bluetooth NG 2013 Lexus ES350
So for the last few months since we got this car, the Bluetooth keeps disconnecting my Wife's Razor phone.
We ordered a LG Verizon phone model lG Revere 2. We paired the phone and it worked once then locked up the phone. We deleted the phone, tried again. Same thing. Called the Dealer, they said get a Samsung Convoy 3, we called Verizon, got the phone today. Same problem, after it pairs when a called is placed or we try to answer the phone and the car Bluetooth do not respond. Have to remove the phone battery to get the phone working again.
Anyone else having these problems with this car?
PS all he phones work fine in my 2011 RX450?
Called the dealer and will go there Monday to waste more time I don't have.

The last thing you stated, should have made you not take their advise. Something is wrong with the car's BT, it's not your phone.

These cars have bluetooth firmware, I scoured the internet for updates, etc but couldn't find a single thing. Could be as simple as your dealer just re-lashing the firmware to the bluetooth module.

There is a setting on Android 4+ software that comes up after you pair, something like "connect automatically". If you don't watch for it and see that, it will disconnect frequently.

After spending 3 hours at the dealer today I have determined that none of the current Verizon flip phones have been tested with the 2013 ES300H.
We found the same problem with 2 other hybrids. My phones will work with a non Hybrid 2013 ES350.
Bottom line is the Hybrid BT firmware cannot be flashed. So if the phone you have is not listed on the Lexsu BT as being tested it will not work.
I had to call Verizon to return yet another phone.
I am currently purchasing a older Samsung convoy 2, which works, but the newer version 3 does not.
Someone mention Motorola flip that worked, I wonder which model?

I think this is more your dealer not being able to tell you what the issue is.
