Any ideas on a Tow Hook Mount for the ES350

Talked to Rho-plate, they state they have no plans on making one... Any ideas or alternatives? My car also has Park Assist too, does count me out on the Tow Hook method?

I haven't actually checked but think there's a cover and female to accept a tow hook.

Fail on my part, I need this for a license plate holder.... not just a tow hook.
