Ah, I see. Yeah, that is pretty clunky. There are a LOT of steps each time you want to push an address from your phone to the car.

Yes. When I try to use the destination on the enform app it tells me "this service is currently unavailable, please try again". I've tried again. and again. and again. and again. Logging in from a computer is not always feasible. In my perfect world, I would have a way to google something on my phone and either directly send the address to the car or copy and paste the address into the app. I'm a systems analyst as my day job which makes me the worst kind of end user. I expect things to work a certain way and when they don't - I make it so they do. When I can't control the functionality of a system I tend to get frustrated quickly.

I had that same issue at first, but I called them and they got it squared away. However, you aren't missing much. Enform is still pretty lousy - lots of apps, but none of them really useful, in my opinion.

Enform in the ES doesn't work for me unless the app is open on my iPhone.

Two different systems at play here. Destination Assist is the live operator that you access: Menu/Destination/Destination Assist. Comp for the first year, $125/year additional to the $140
Safety Connect Telematic that is also on non-Nav cars.

eDestination is the method of transfering up to 200 addresses from your own computer(s):
client lists, vacation itineraries, family members etc. This is reached through the website
www.lexusdrivers.com Join with a username/password and tap the icon eDestination.
The website is free forever but the connective link is also part of the Enform enrollment that
provides the D.A. mentioned above. FYI, destinations entered while the trial is active will
stay forever, just can't add anymore when it expires.
