Default Front Signal Access

OK....I know this has been brought up before, and I did my search but couldn't find it.....

How the heck do you get to the front signal bulbs??!

I know one way is through the front wheel arch liner, but after I remove the three plastic clips that buttons down the liner, I could not find a way to get it to loosen up....

Help please!

Are you removing the tabs & clips?

2013 Manual: While holding the clamp open,
pull and remove the tabs and
open the fender liner.

Yea Jim, I have removed all the clips that are holding the liner, even that I couldn't get it to loosen up (which is a good thing), but I need to get to the front signal bulb......man.....what happened to the good old 90s......all the bulbs and parts were so much easier to gain access to.
