Default My 2013 Lexus ES 300h

My 2013 Lexus ES 300h-img_1012.jpg

My 2013 Lexus ES 300h-img_0990.jpgBought my used 2013 Lexus ES 300h from USA through an agent in Amman Jordan.

It had 42000 miles and luxry options except for auto-park.

The cars Title was Salvage and was hit from the rear. It was bought through an online auction

and then was shipped to Jordan. Its body was repaired here in Jordan . No problems with engine or the hybrid system.

Used salvaged Cars Ex USA have a considerable share of the Jordanian car market.>

Attached some photos of the car after having it repaired.

Congrats!

Just an FYI, there is no "auto-park" option on the ES.

The eight coin sized sensors for "Park Assist" are visible in your photographs. When turned on
with the button by your left knee (above the trunk/gas door buttons) you will hear chimes when
maneuvering near objects. It is possible that the impact and repair may have disabled this system...

congrats on the new ride, safe driving

whoever waxed / polished your hood did a terrible job. I can see those streaks all the way from Los Angeles.

Good to hear from ES300h drivers all around the world Welcome and congrats on choosing a great car. I assume there was just cosmetic damage in the rear end crash and the hybrid battery and suspension are OK.

How much does a liter of petrol cost in Jordan? Are there a lot of hybrids running there?

Thanks
Indeed The damage was cosmetic and both the hybrid battery and suspension are fine.

As for petrol cost in Jordan it is Usdol 0.923 /liter for octane 90 and Usdol 1.183 / liter for Octane 95 >

There are a lot of hybrid cars in jordan, they are gaining a lot of popularity. The country is flooded with used Toyota Prius cars.

You are right. The picture was taken when I took delivery of the car from the storage facility. Had to do a proper polishing and waxing later. Now its shining .

The " Park Assist" system is now working fine. When I first took it the rear sensors were loose . Had to change their bases , they are now working fine and I can hear peeps when I get too close to obstacles.
