Well to my credit it was 213 days and around 15000 miles lol.
The reason i got did it was not due to the hybrid drive at all, i actually really enjoyed the electric drive and will miss it, the only aspect that bothered me ( and i tried to deal with it ) was the suspension. I had the 17s and it was still a little too rough for me as low speeds around town. I was thinking about messing around with the shocks, struts but i didn't want to go that deep into modification. The ES rides great on the highway though.

I've not driven an RC, but are you saying it rides softer than the ES? That doesn't seem to fit the cars purpose.

So you had enough of trying to get 50 mpg with the hybrid and now you're a lot happier getting 500 smiles to the gallon
Congrats on the RC, it's a bruiser and a beauty rolled in one.

The RC will certainly be rougher around town than the ES, but the ot off in handling fun makes up for that. That would be my thinking.

In the RC the bumps and cracks and pot holes are soaked up by the suspension and it does not transfer into the cabin.
Im going to miss the great mpg, last few tanks i was getting 36.7 and 37.9 mpg calculated, I think i can manage 22-24 mpg with the RC because 80% of my driving is on the highway. Ill probably be spending around $100 more a month on fuel, oh well

I think the difference you're seeing comes from the more sophisticated suspension setup. It's the same difference I found with the GS. It's more firmly sprung but overall feels more planted and refined.

One more thing, how's the V8 torque compared to the electric motor on the ES300h? I remember you saying that the ES was comparable to an SRT for low down shove. I'd guess the RC V8 is tuned more for high end fireworks than for torque.

He didn't get the V8...he has the RC350 F-sport as stated in the title...the V6 doesn't have anything like V8 torque, but it's much faster than the ES300h.
