I think it is called easy access option. It can move steering wheel and seat for easy entry/exit.

Not only Lexus, all other luxury cars as well, BMW, Audi, MB, etc. Obviouslty lot of guys don't read
manuals to learn about their cars. Other ways to learn is via Youtube tutorials. When you pick up the
delivery of your new car, what did delivery specialist at the dealership do? Did not ask any questions?

I no longer have any Toyota vehcle but I used Tech Stream when I had them. Obviously the software installation is not complete. You have to replace whole driver folder with new patched one as part of installation procedure. No instructions? There are Youtube about this also. This is OT but I put up my Dell Lattitude laptop running W7 Pro 64 bit version with working Tech Stream 64 bit version with Mini-VCI cable and backup CD for sale at the member marketplace. If no response, it'll go on eBay.

It comes with software. What version do you have? Didn't come yours with installation instructions? Those file is version specific I believe.

Here is a thread about Techstream that is a few years old.

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gx-...echstream.html

The OP of that thread seems to have good knowledge about how to get Techstream working. If the information in that thread doesn't help, you might send him a PM and ask for some advice.
