Default Window master switch not responding.

So all but the driver door window switch stopped working including the lock and unlock buttons. The windows still go up and down but from the other door switches.
My best guess is the master switch is gone bad. And at over 65k I'm sure it's no longer under warranty. I called the local dealer today and quoted me over $500 and would not give me the part number.

*UPDATE*
After parking the car for 15mins and turned the car back on, decided to try again. Everything works now I haven't taken anything apart yet but now I'm curious what caused it to temporarily fail.

After 30 mins of the car being on I decided to roll the windows up but the switch was dead again.

You can order the parts from

http://www.mylparts.com/parts/2014/L...iagram=8922542

Its super easy to replace the part. Just pry open the switch assembly, unplug old unit and plug in new one. Everything snaps right into place.

The only time this happened to me the connecter at the bottom of the driver's door switch had become disconnected - check that before ordering any new parts. You haven't had that door panel off recently have you?

The door panel has never been touched. I'll pop out the switch tomorrow at work and take it apart. If indeed needs a new master switch, hopefully I can cross reference and used a Toyota switch since it'll be much less with my employees discount. I've notice that it becomes responsive for a short period after the car has been turn off for a while.
