Default Tire rotation

Another 5k miles and the maintenance required light has come on. The 300h wants its tires rotated. I don't want to take it in to the dealer just for that. Does anybody know which tire goes where in a Lexus rotation? Also how to make sure the tire monitoring system knows the tire location has changed? I can move the tires around myself but don't know how to reset the tire monitoring system to the new tire location. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks..

Just roll the front ones to the back. You could also criss cross them if you like, but Lexus dealers just roll the front to the back.

The TPMS will get them all no problem.

How does the TPMS know that the front tire just got moved to the back? Does each tire have a specific code which identifies it or does the TPMS triangulate the location somehow? Thanks for the insight.
