I think that door edge guards look awful and detract from the appearance of the car.

Mine came with clear door edge guards.. they look fine, cant even see them..

My is a black car that has the clear edge guard and you can't notice them. It protects it for the long run

I would agree this is likely the best option with regards to looks. Similar to a clear bra. The dealer at Lexus of New Orleans offers to install the door edge guards through a 3rd party, but I didn't get a quote.

You can install clear edge guards yourself; it's not hard. I recommend to review some online videos first and see if it's something you would be interested in. The caveat is that it may void the clear guard warrantee if not installed by a Pro. *shrug*

Mine already had the clear door edge guards, the clear guards on door handle cups and clear rear bumper ledge guard...
