I got a pair of these during the summer from Ebay. Takes about 10 minutes to install. Pretty cool...

I bought the same exact ones from amazon a couple months ago. They are very nice and I love how the projector is fixed in the middle and they are very high quality compared to those generic ones from eBay.

I did a variation and upgraded the flood lights on all 4-doors to hi-intensity LEDs -- similar to the ones in the pic. You can find these on Ebay for about $15-20 a pair. These are great mods because they really light up the ground at night.

They are 100% direct replacement. Takes 1 minute on each door to install.

I don't know the exact buyer I got it from on eBay. But a general search "lexus es300h led door" showed a bunch of sellers. This is one of them.
