The body shop may have just replaced a skin and not the entire door. This is how a previous Accord was repaired when the door was hit. If you were billed for a new door then you may have a problem.

Default Door Repair

There are really only three ways to repair a door. Used door, you should be able to see where it was repainted unless it was the same color, Pull the dent and refinish or replace the door skin. The door skin is the most common, you will see weld spots. But in most case these should be covered with seam sealer. Compare the seam on the left rear door to the rear passenger door. They should look identical. If not then I would ask them to re do it. Plus your bill should have a parts list. You can check that number to an OEM. If they gave you an after market skin, your insurance company should tell you. These are generally are inferior steel, fit is not as good.

According to this pic it is possible that the part number mentioned comes as a kit (number 1 on the diagram) so it is up to the shop to connect them.
