I had very similar damage to one of my wheels from a parking lot mishap. It was scraped like yours but not as much. I found a person that worked for dealers in SE Pennsylvania. He came to my home and sanded the rough scraped parts of the wheel smooth, then painted it the exact Lexus color. So it can be done with sanding and paint. The repair is invisible. $40.00... Just lucky I guess.

All of the car dealers have people that they use to do wheel repairs, paintless dent repair, interior repairs, etc. I've found that, if I talk to the service managers at dealers, they can usually point me to the right people for these kinds of repairs.
However, most of the dealers would like for you to arrange to have such repairs done through them because they want to take their cut, which, in turn raises the price. So, over the years, I've tried to build my own independent relationships with people who do paintless dent repairs, interior repairs, wheel repairs, etc. That way, when I need a repair, I can contact the appropriate person directly, which allows me to get the repairs done at very reasonable costs.

You might try searching for wheel repair shops/services in your area. Most of them have web sites and some do mention that they work for area dealers. Also, look for reviews of them.
