10k interval is for normal driving, highway mostly. A lot of people take many short trips or drive in traffic most of the time. If your driving conditions are not normal, 5k mile change is a much better option. Oil

I ever see a nice pre owned Lexus, or even other car. I'm looking at to buy, or someone else ask me what I think? Has 10k Oil changes reported. I run from it. I'll pass every time.
If it's your car, you can change oil at 20k intervals if you want. Yes you can but........
I just Sold my 2013 ES350 U/L. Had 148k. Never consumed or burned Not one drop of oil ever Right at the 6.5k or 7.5k Oil change time it had the same amount of Oil as I put in it on the last oil change.
