"Freeze" also includes binding due to rusty parking brake cables. If the lines freeze because
it is merely below 32 degrees you can pop a floor jack under it and drag the car into a warm space.
Applying the PB on a car that has not had the mechanism touched in a couple of years will bind up
along the length of the cable and it is a #$%^ to release. Penetrating Oil, ViceGrips, Blowtorches...
