Yes, don't wait, get a reservation as soon as you can. See my post above, it took over two months to get the parts. Let them diagnosis the problem and order the parts while you keep driving the car.

I had the sunroof problem and got it fixed under warranty. It took me months to finally figure out the noise was coming from there. I was noticing that when I closed the doors hard, the sunroof pane would actually jump up when you look at the car in profile from the exterior.

My sunroof also makes clunk sound sometime driving through rough spots. My car is 2013 and probably out of warranty. Besides replacing the sunroof for $3K, is there an easier fix to stop the noise? placing damper or felt in certain areas around the sunroof?
