Hid
#16
I own a 2013 ES350 UL w/ Hid's. I had to adjust the Hids aim up a little on my car. I have also upgraded the high bean bulbs with Philips Crystal Vision Ultra ,bulbs for high beam.
I also upgraded the Fog lamp bulbs to JDM ASTAR 1200 Lumens Extremely Bright 144-EX Chipsets H16 LED Fog Light Bulbs from Amazon, for the same White color as the Hid low's because the Fogs were yellow and terrible looking.
I have driven a 2017 ES 350 with LED at night. They were not so good to me and I had a hard time seeing things like object and potholes in the road downstream at even short distance. I hated driving the 2017 at night.
My 2013 ES350 Ul has very bright lighs now both at short distance and depth is very, very good. On Hi Bean it lights up the world with the upgraded Philips Crystal Vision Ultra Hi Beam bulbs.
But, the small projectors on my 2013 ES are still not as bright as my Hid's on my 2 Lincolns. But I feel good and can still see very well at night. I have read that most LED's don't project down the road as far, but I would recommend that some try adjusting them up both (Hid and LED) a bit without out blinding other cars. I had someone drive towards me at night and adjusted mine up to see much better, testing to make sure they did not blind other on coming cars at night.
