That price is unbelievable.

Where do you guys take your cars? After a time, can I just avoid the dealer and take it to Joe's down the street?

I'll need a second job just to pay the maintenance bills. ;-0
You can take it to Joe's, Bill's, Tom's or any place you choose that you can trust... Even a local Toyota dealer for oil changes and routine maintenance. The only time I got work done at the dealer was if it was free - under warranty...

For the 15 years or so since I started driving Lexus vehicles, I've had non-warranty service done at the local Toyota dealer. For service at 10,000 mile intervals, I pay $40 (with a coupon) for the full-synthetic oil changes and $10 for the tire rotation. Service at 30,000 mile intervals also calls for a brake fluid flush, which costs about $100 at the Toyota dealer.

For oil changes the Toyota dealer uses the same full-synthetic oil and filters that the Lexus dealer would be using. My experience has been that the Lexus dealer charges 2-3 times (or more) what the Toyota dealer would be charging for the same periodic maintenance or repairs.

From now on, I'll go to Toyota. Probably Firestone or something for the tires. Motorworld Lexus told me it now needs tires (all 4), and they quoted me

a price of about $1100 for all four tires. Thing is, it's at 20k miles and the lease is up at like 32k miles, so no reason to spend a fortune on tires....

Toyota dealer for my oil changes also. Air filters are an easy DIY. Have not needed any other repair services.
Note on tire rotations; most tire dealers provide free rotations when you buy new tires from them.

Discount Tire rotates for free, even if you didn't buy from them. They want you in the door. It worked with me, as I purchased 2 sets from them last year.

Lexonians !

The noise was evidently a 'stone that was stuck in the rotor'. So that was a non-issue.

Where would be a good place to get tires for ES 350 ? There are so many tires places around here. I only need them for like 10k more miles, unless I keep this car.
