Headlight condensation
I have a 2015 es350 and the front driver side headlight constantly develops condensation. Does anyone know of a solution to correct this issue without having to replace the entire headlight assembly?

There should be NO water condensation within the headlight enclosure. This indicates that the seal has been compromised (broken). It will only get worse. If your car is under warranty it should be replaced. It is very expensive. Some Lexus service writers tend to make light of it and say it's nothing to worry about. It should definitely be replaced.

If it's under warranty, get it replaced. If not, it's up to you what you want to do with it.

If my memory is correct, the replacement cost for this part is around $2k. And don't let them BS you and tell you it's normal...

I doubt you can repair it. I had to replace one on an RX with auto-leveling and it was about $800 but that was also 7 or 8 years ago and a different model. That said, I can’t imagine an ES replacement today being more than $1000 but I cannot confirm that. You haven’t mentioned the warranty status of your car but as others here have stated, I hope it is still active so it can be replaced at no cost beyond your time and inconvenience.

If the OP has a 2015 ES, unless there are over 50,000 miles on the car, the car should still be covered by the bumper-to-bumper warranty.

Either you get a new one or oven bake it and use silicone to seal it up real good. Oven baking requires patience and works, it's better you just get a new one.
