Bluetooth Issues
Hi Folks,
Picked up a 2nd hand ES350 2014 in Melbourne, Australia. having Bluetooth issues.
1) All phones pair 1st time no issues and work fine
2) IPhone 7 Plus, IPhone 6 Plus, Iphone 5CE, Huawei Mate 10 used with latest firmware
3) switch car off, Bluetooth remains on the phone, start car back up, car Says portable device paired then immediately it gets dropped.
4) Cannot re-pair the Bluetooth connection
5) I have to delete profile and start again to get a good pair
6) Quickest method is to click add new in the phone menu from car and manually connect Bluetooth from phone.
7) Cannot automatically re-pair the Bluetooth connection
8) Brought it to dealer and they tried with same issues. Said they have to check with HQ
Anyone facing similar issues? And Any possible work around?
Thanks in advance,

Did you ever get a solution?
Our 2018 ES300h is doing almost the same thing. Have had both phones connected since purchase 5/2018, but in the last month it has "forgotten" both devices. Both connect and stay connected with my truck, it is just the Lexus. Add one or the other back, turn off car.... Get back in car and turn on car, phone/car do not connect and the car bluetooth indicates it has not had any connected devices. It's a constant loop. Haven't had the chance to take to dealer yet.
