2018 ES350 Premier without navigation (about to purchase)
I know I can use blue tooth to answer the phone - apple 7.
Can I stream podcasts and spotify and other music apps? Or am I limited to the Lexus apps?

I have an iPhone 5 and iPhone 8. Both work through bluetooth just fine. If you select the phone/bluetooth (gag, I don't recall the option) then everything on your phone will come through the car. I've used other streaming apps and they work just fine going through bluetooth and through the car.
