The OP is looking at a 2013 ES. The basic warranty is long gone.

Per the carfax report, the car still has 6-9 months left on the powertrain and corrosion warranties IIRC, everything else has expired due to time limitations.

I'm with the others re no CPO. If the 30k service has not been performed I would get that thrown in.

Also a clarification...seats are ventilated and not cooled, and in the 13, not very powerful (there are a couple of old threads about this). This has been my only complaint re my wife's 13 ES300h. I know the hybrid is a different powertrain than 350, but we have had no mechanical issues with the 300h.

To the navigation, we use Waze and Google Maps with voice directions for navigation. The only time I use the vehicle nav system is just to glance at the map when I am getting close to destination.

Thanks for all the comments and recommendations, we purchased the ES 350 in question, a great car so far. Arrived home with it today, has 28,430 miles on it.
