Reboot infotainment lexus is 300h

Hi, I have a lexus is 300h, 2017, I encountered the following problem, which is similar to the problem posted here, when I started the car the audio system turned off continuously, every 10 seconds, I tried to follow the 5 steps, which involve removing the minus terminal of the battery, but without any result, I managed to solve the problem by disconnecting the Bluetooth of the phone, deleting the device from the list of phones associated with the car, and resetting the bluetooth pairing of the phone with the car, now everything is ok, I hope my answer will help ,

I had this happen yesterday first time ever out of no where it just reset at a red light and went back to normal. I have no idea what caused it. it hasn't happened again since. I was connected to the bluetooth at the time with my phone.

I have the same pattern and issue with my 2015 RC350 F-Sport. I don't think the unit needs to be replaced because it works every morning when I first start the car. Also works at the end of the day after work. It's only after getting gas or quick stops that the display unit goes into a loop re-booting. Tried taking battery cable and sd card out but that didn't help. Any other suggestions? Thanks...

Sorry for the late reply. It was still under the cpo warranty so they replaced it.

I know it was Japan but unsure if they have different plants. i'd have to check when i get home.

My 2016 ES300H with Premium Na/radio did this same thing one week ago while using Nav and 'Bluetooth music from my iPhone. It happened about every 5 minutes for 15 miles of a 60-minute trip until I shut the car off for the evening. It is also reset all of my radio presets. It has not happened since.
