Just picked up a L/Certified ES350 last week, unfortunately the interior has a smoke smell, and now going to clean the roof upholstery.

Do any of you guys have a product you recommend for the upper roof upholstery? That part of the interior is like a super light grey and was afraid to leave stains on it while cleaning. I checked chemical guys.com but their upholstery cleaning stuff looks like its for carpet and what not.

I've used "Tuff Stuff" from any parts store, walmart, etc. A spray foam that cleans well, doesn't leave any residue from what I can tell, but not for leather. Used it on car interiors, boats, etc., and will remove coffee stains, etc.,

See if the dealer will address it. The cars are supposed to be reconditioned and cleaned before they sell them as certified cars.

I use Ultima Interior Shampoo for the entire interior. It was recommended by another member, SW17, and I bought it for my 2013. I now have a 2019 and a new bottle. It works like a miracle and has removed all stains including blue jean dye transfer. I had Parchment color seats in the 2013...
