My 2015 ES350 has been a terrific vehicle! My one minor complaint is that the shift indicator iight on the console gear selector gets really warm when driving at night. I work the night shift, so I notice it 5 days a week. My question is this: Can I replace the bulb with a LED bulb (which shouldn’t run as hot as an incandescent bulb ?)... and if I can, how do I get to that bulb under the console? Any insight would be appreciated!

I don’t think it could be the transmission itself, since it’s up connected to the transversely mounted engine. It’s hot right where the indicator light is, but it may be something else? Anyone have any ideas?
