Hello,

I have a 2018 ES350, I've noticed when leaving the car the auto lock is not working. I checked the setting and it's set to lock at 60 seconds, i changed it to 120 seconds and then at 30 seconds but isn't locking at any setting. Any thoughts.

As I recall, Auto lock is for when you unlock the vehicle but then fail to open a door for the specified time interval.

 

I think that you are misunderstanding what the auto lock feature does. It only auto locks the doors when you have unlocked the doors but did not subsequently open any of the doors. In that case, it will automatically lock the doors after the time that you have chosen in the settings. The purpose of this function is to reduce the chances that you have unintentionally unlocked the doors and, then, walked away from the car while leaving the doors unlocked. What the auto lock does not do is to lock the doors after you have shut off the engine and left the car.
