From the sound, my guess would be water pump bearings going bad. If you are handy with tools, pull off the serpentine belt and see if the rattle stops. Caution -Do not run the engine for more than a minute or 2 without the belt.

i believe that the tension/idler pulley is an occasional issue with this engine model, creating sounds like yours. Lexus offers a heavy duty upgrade pulley as well as standard pulley.

Idler/tension pulley bearings or the WP.

Exclamation Engine chirpring on cold start

2013 ES350 64K miles. Recently noticed engine chirping on passenger side when cold start. Stops after 1-2 miles of driving. Did the "water test" and noise immediately stopped! Think I have an annoying serpentine belt that may be wearing out. Noise just started so I'm not too worried at the moment. However, about to drive car from northeast to Florida this weekend. Would you recommend I get the belt replaced ASAP or wait until I get back to FL?

I'd replace the belt. It's about 1000 miles to FL, I think it's worth the $150 to get the belt changed before.

It sounds to me like a wearing pulley bearing, either tensioner or idler.
But yes, have the belt replaced and the pulleys assessed for condition.
