Navigation shows exit numbers instead of street names

Navigation shows exit numbers instead of street names
At some point my 2014 ES350's navigation started showing mostly exit numbers instead of street names on the right-side freeway exit list. Any ideas? It's so annoying. My searches have turned up nothing. Thanks in advance!

Our '13 ES350 would show the exit # and some other info (gas/food) but I found it annoying so removed it from screen. I also didn't like the constant/frequent scrolling as you passed the exit nor the current exit was at the bottom of the list, not the top as I preferred.
