I can not see the Fuel Consumption Information on the navigation screen. Nothing happens when on click on the box.
Directions say
1. Press "Menu"
2. Then "Info"
3. "Fuel Consumption"
"If the "Trip Information screen does not appear, move the controller to the right and select "Trip Information".

Here's the image of the screen I see, there is nothing to the right to click on other than Traffic, Weather, and Lexus Insider. What am I not doing?
