Apple iPod loses connection to sound system
Hello all,
I have both an ES but also an RX that I have an iPod classic connected to the car's USB port for music. In both vehicles, there is a recurring issue where the connection is suddenly lost and that turns off the sound system. On the display screen it will indicate that the system is off and I then need to unplug and re-connect the iPod to the USB port to get the system to recognize it again. Do any of you have this issue and if so, is there any solution? I've questioned my dealer when having the car serviced and they are unable to explain why this happens or provide a fix. It's just an annoyance that I would like to fix if possible.
