Hello,
1.Would you know when the birds eye view became available for the ES. I have a 2018 and don't think I have it.
2. Where is the best place to store your cell phone other than a holder on the window. Seems like Lexus dropped the ball for phone storage.
Thanks,
fdiphill

The bird's eye view was not available at all with any Generation 6 ES model years. It only became available with the Generation 7 ES and the 2019 model year.

Put your cell phone in the forward cup holder like everyone else does...

That's the problem: Most vent clips block the vents or a part of the display. There's really no good place to secure your mobile phone... OTOH why would you need to see your phone anyway? Texts and calls are handled hands free, navigation on the center display... Mine is in my coat pocket...

I used to keep my phone in the cup holder.. but then I bought a new phone and it's too big.. so for now I normally put it in the center console or lay it up on the little dash area in front of the nav. screen. But I've been thinking about buying one of those weather tech phone holders that fits in your cup holder... just hate giving up a cup holder, especially if I have someone else in the car with me....

I have a new palm pad in case I trade or sell the car. Sorry for the huge pic. My phone and Nav unit have a magnet for mounting there.
The round piece swivels for driver or passenger use.
