Highest level of escalation at corporate
So ever since buying my Lexus certified ES I've noticed more and more inconsistencies with the CPO report. The dealership checked off on several areas that have major flaws and they aren't interested in helping. I've been reporting these issues since day one and now we're at a stand still. I did use the Lexus 800 number and they did talk to the dealer but that was pretty much the end of it. Is there a higher escalation team that could be of use to me?

Can you be a little more specific, as to what inconsistencies you're seeing?

Find the address of your Lexus regional office. Mine is in Atlanta for the southeast. I wrote a cordial but succinct letter to the head of the regional office stating my concern and what I wanted. I was reasonable and asked for their help. Address it to the regional manager.
I got a letter response in 5 days committing to fix my issues at no charge. Got a call from the service manager the next day with an appointment to meet with him directly. Everything fixed right plus a free next 30,000 mile service for my hassle.
Good luck!
