OEM i always find best for suspension parts now you could go to the comapny that makes them for the OEM manufacturer but they won't be tuned the same way so the ride will most likely be stiffer.
but if you don't want to spend the money on OEM
go with KYB they are the ones who make OEM struts for Lexus.

thanks if i was to get lowering springs will the megan racing ones fit? the 2007-2011 camry ones

I don't know about lowering springs for a ES i have never put lowering springs on any vehicle before
i usualy always flare out my fenders and go as big as i can with keeping a good turning ration on my wheels with lowest profile tires i can find lol
