Heater Temp climate zone issues
Heater issues ill explain and hope that someone can give me some info.
now that its cold all the time since its wintertime i am using the heat. i can have the temp set to on both side to synch at 76oF degree and set to auto and the back seat vent will be blowing at hot nice warm heat but the front could be blowing cold and coming out of the top vents and feel like its cool air and then ill have to turn the temp up to like 78 oF to get the front to blow warm and then the rear gets even hotter it will also then start to switch to the floor and not to both the dash and floor but if i want both to come out the same temp i have to set the driver side control to like 78-79 oF then the front start to come out at the temps the rear is coming when the passenger vents are set to 76 so what's going on with this.

The HVAC system has a mind of its own. Several threads about this. I forego Auto, and set it where I want it, temperature, fan speed and vent choice.
It’s an example of over-engineering by Lexus, trying to make it perfect, but it fails.
(Most) of the rest of the car is great. So just a quirk to live with.
