Default Memory Seat retrofit

Hello,
This is my first post here. We are the proud owners of a mint condition 2015 ES 350 Mica Red with Parchment interior. This is the base model so it's missing some of the toys our previous car (2004 Cadillac SLS) had. Out of the box this car is light years ahead of the Caddy in style and performance. However, I'm missing the memory seats as my wife (5'4") and I (5'11") have different settings. The power trunk is nice, but not a big deal to not have it. Has anyone done (or know someone who has) a memory seat swap from the standard ones? Also, who makes a good wood trim kit for this car that is close to the factory look?

Thank you.

I'm guessing that, by the time you bought the hardware needed, made extensive changes/additions to the car's wiring, and replaced the door panel with one cut to fit the memory controls, you would find that the cost of the retrofit would be quite expensive.

Kind of what I figured. Thanks for the input.
