Remote Services Lexus Enform not working periodicaly
i can't figure out what the hell is going on
some morning the remote services won't work i get a reply saying unable to whatever option if i choose to unlock lock start just won't work also the vehicle Location of the last park does not update.
i can reset the app delete the app reload it just in case it was an issue with my wifi at home i turn the wifi off nothing helps this is not every morning last two morning it worked fine but now its not seems to be a pattern every 2 or 3 morning repeats exactly the same issue then i can get in the car drive for a while when i stop at the gas station for my morning coffee could be like 20 miles down the road or 5 miles down the road ill try it will start working.
i am parked in a place that is fine with GPS and cultural services so what the hell could be the issue with this?
this has happened for the past few months sometime it goes a week without any issues and soemtimes its also givs the same issue every morning for a week but the last month its been like on and off from working every 2 days or so.

ok nothing I understand I must go to the dealer and hope that they have had problems with this issue before and dint just tell me they can’t find anything unless it’s not working when I get there

I have discovered that you have to load the app, enter your password/fingerprint, and then do nothing for a few seconds. If I hit a button as soon as the app loads, 9 times out of 10 it errors out and won't do anything.

if yes and thats the one that started in early November i think.
than i have already had that done. had that done back when it was first available?

100% sure that is not the issue i have done everything that i could do with the app
and nothing works when it does not want to work it doesn't do anything i have had as much as 8 hours when it would not work and then it starts working ok.
This must have something to do with the GPS or part that sends the vehicle location and updates

are you talking about the one where the vehicle software stops tracking the location and Saftey connect won't be able to see your location?
