Maybe this will help. It looks like you have the Nav option. Press the left button at the remote touch and bring up the first screen. It looks like this in English. Just follow this sequence hoping it is the same. You can download the English manuals at Lexus.com website.

If you have Google Lens on your phone it can translate the screen in real time.

Excellent suggestion: Here is a screen shot of the first screen you posted....taken from my iPhone after scanning the picture with Google Translate. BE AWARE!! I just checked my 2014 North American build and it only provides for English, French, and Spanish. You may very well find that yours will only access Korean, Chinese, and Japanese. Just be warned.

If you first selected “General” and got the screen in image 4 of the screen shot I posted; and did a translate on that screen which did not display “Language” in the second slot, then I am afraid you are stuck. (Be sure to scroll from end to end in that screen page to ensure it ...”language”...is not hidden elsewhere). You might try a local dealer but they will probably tell you they can’t make the change which may require reprogramming of the entire infotainment system. I know people who buy cameras when visiting a different cultural zone (or buy them from ebay) and have had identical problems with their menus. Good luck.

I have Korean imported 2014 ES aswell. I dug a lot into this and there is none, the infotainment system is completely different that EU or USD. If you want English, you'd have to change the whole system which I encountered one costing 179USD.

Hope this helps.
