Well, to be fair, Tesla is only 17 years old, Toyota is 87 years old. One would hope that Toyota would build better cars than Tesla by 70 years in the business of building cars. So one cannot compare quality one against the other.

It seems like Toyota and Lexus better innovate quickly into electric cars otherwise their business model may be in trouble.

You certainly can compare them - that's 87 years of learning from Toyota alone Tesla has, let alone all of the other automakers.

Also that article is from 2018, Toyota seems just fine to me today lol

Let it leak. No way that's worth $4,000 to repair, that's getting close to what it costs for a new engine.

What are we talking about, like a tablespoon of oil a month its leaking?

The idea that debris can get inside the engine through small oil seepage sounds insane to me.
