Remote Start with Enform app , 8$ or 16$ a month??
Hello folks,
So I own a 2017 Lexus ES350
The Salesman tell me that if I want my remote start it's 8$ per month on Lexus Enform app
But when I actually get it it's $16 Dollar.....-_-
If I pay 8$ a month can I actually remote start my car with my keys??? Or only I pay 16$ per month....Confused.

Enform Remote requires you to also have an Enform Safety Connect subscription. For newer Lexus vehicles, the Safety Connect subscription is free for 10 years, and the Enform Remote subscription costs $8 per month. For older Lexus vehicles, including the Generation 6 ES, the Safety Connect subscription is $8 per month and the Safety Connect + Enform Remote is $16 per month. If you wanted to add the Destination Assist subscription, that costs another $8 per month.
So, for a Generation 6 ES, the Enform Remote will cost $16 per month (including the required Safety Connect) or $24 per month (including the required Safety Connect and the optional Destination Assist).

I was paying 16$ per month for Enform Remote with Phone..
But then I realized I just need to pay $8 per month so my Key will be able to Remote start with key...
Which you press Lock 3 times and hold 3rd time for 3 to 5 seconds.

Get an after market unit installed for about $300.00 or less and don't pay any monthly fees. Did it with my 2013... key start only...
