What trims/packages have retracting driver's seat

The retracting driver's seat/elevated steering wheel when the car is turned off.
It is present in the luxury package. Is this a standard feature or what trim/package have that?

Should have it. Mine is a base model 2016 and has it but I turned it off.

If you have memory seats you get this feature. You can turn it off - that is what I did.

Personally I like it. But I’m 70 and anything that helps me in or out of the car is a blessing. Wife’s new 2020 Highlander doesn’t have it and I have to squeeze in. And I only weigh 170!
