120K service just done - great car!
Got a 120K service done at a private Japanese mechanic on my 2013 ES350 - Spark plugs, brake fluid, rotate tires, oil and filter change, air filter, cabin air filter. I think that was it for the parts. (Had the coolant replaced at 100K).
All the hoses and belts looks good, no leaks, suspension and struts look good, doesn't seem to be any other issues.
This car has the cheapest maintenance out of any vehicle I've owned! The transmission fluid on my car has NOT been changed (never).

Lexus is #1 in reliability by Consumer Reports and J D Power over the last ten years has rated Lexus #1 eight times and #2 twice. In maintenance Lexus is the third least to maintain among all cars and the least expensive in the luxury group. J D Power also ranks Lexus with the least depreciation and the highest customer loyalty. We are wise consumers that is why we buy Lexus.
I never go in an ask for a 15,000 or 30,000 mile scheduled maintenance. I would be paying big bucks for a lot of inspections of things I do not need inspected. Every 10,000 miles I get an oil change and tire rotation. I bring my own oil and filter. Filter is bought on line for $5 and the Mobil 1 is bought at Walmart for $23 for a five quart jug. They charge $30 labor for the oil change and $ 30 for the tire rotation. Every 20,000 miles, I replace the air and cabin air filters which take less then 5 minutes and cost $40. At 30,000 mile intervals,I have the brake fluid replaced which is $120. I usually sell my cars with about 100,000 miles and usually buy two year old CPO which gives me my first four services free. These all added up cost me less then $1,000 every 100,000 miles.
