I have only seen dynamic headlights so far:

But keep checking aliexpress. There are aftermarket taillights already available - so someone will come up with a dynamic version fairly soon I expect. Another question - are you willing to pay $1200 for the upgrade? I guess you may be able to recoup some cost by reselling your original lights.

A few examples of questions...

I dont know where to look, where can I find these?

I've looked on line and cant find any.

Does anyone make these?

Is there a kit to convert mine?

Does anyone have these, and where did you get them?

C'mon ST. You know he was asking for help in finding taillights...

I am with ST. It was a weird, almost "rude" post. The guy did not even do a basic Google check and immediately ask to somebody else to do the work for him. Why was he assuming those exist? If you are asking for a help on a product like this then put a least a few more sentences - why are you looking for those, have you seen any in real life, how much do you expect to spend. I almost wrote a similar post like ST but then figured out it was not worth my effort.

By the way - I have answered his question and got no "thank you" note, not even a like.

I agree he could have been more descriptive with his original post so others can chime in and help, but responding with good for you isnt exactly necessary either.

I'm always worried about longevity with mods like this. Hopefully the quality is good
