Default How to remove center console to get access to cupholder

I have no idea how to start this "project". My drivers license fell in between the cracks of my cupholder near the arm rest. I would like to remove the center console to retrieve it. Can anyone please provide a guide or assistance.

I looked around for any videos regarding a removal process and only found it for the IS. If any comparison to the ES, it is complicated, difficult, and labor intensive. Additionally, when a large plastic console is removed along with associated cables, plugs, and body clips, there is a real possibility of squeaks and rattles when it's reassembled. After thinking about this I would suggest that you simplify everything by obtaining a duplicate driver's license and forget about it... GOOD LUCK!

Someone else posted this link so I “screen shot” this a few weeks ago...it might help. Looks like you should not have to go past step #2 or #4 (depending which cupholder is guilty).
