Does anyone know how to change the LEDs in the outer tail light assembly?? Some patch of the LEDs are completely turned off while the rest are still bright. Do I need to replace the whole thing?

Im fairly certain the 2013 - 2015 ES 350 did not come equipped with LED tail lights, just a standard halogen bulb. Has yours been modified?
Most LED light assemblies do not have replaceable bulbs, you may need to replace the entire assembly unless you are handy at electronics work.
EDIT: Ok my bad, the tail lights are LED assemblies. Must have been thinking of the older ES 350s.

Nelexus88, all 2013 and beyond have LED taillights! Mine is a 2013 and has them. Don't know where you got that info.

From the 2014 manual, p.745
“LED lights
The parking lights/daytime running lights, side turn signal lights, LED fog lights (if equipped), stop/tail lights, tail lights, rear side marker lights, high mounted stoplight, license plate lights and outer foot lights consist of a number of LEDs. If any of the LEDs burn out, take your vehicle to your Lexus dealer to have the light replaced.”
