The passenger front right edge of the center console in my ES300H is chewed up. I see this part used but most don't have the sunshade or wheel heater switches. Does anyone know if this part of the console trim piece is removable so I can just take my seat heater, wheel heater sunshade switches out as a unit and install it in the replacement?

It looks like the switch panel is part of the console top assembly. In that case it is probable (but not guaranteed) that the switch panel could be removed from the bottom side of that top panel. Here is a shot of removing that top panel and the clip locations.
