I recently put 19s on my 2018 to replace the 17s that it came with. I liked the look of 20s that I saw on other ES350s, but I didn’t want to lower the vehicle and potentially interfere w/ how smooth the car rides, so I went w/ 19.85” Niche M146 Essen rims. It doesn’t rub at all, and the ride is still stock-like. I basically lived on this site before I made my decision, so I added a pic in case it helps.
i'm lowered and have 19's. I forgot offset but the rimface lines up nicely with the side of the body.
no issues rubbing while turning or otherwise
My ride is obviously not soft anymore but i had the rims on before the drop as well, so you can feel there's less of a cushy ride. i can drive over a quarter and likely have it felt that i ran over something. with the stock setup, i could run over a body and not feel it...you get what i mean.

What size tires did you go with the 225/40/19 or 235/40/19
